Specialization: He possesses extensive expertise in drafting a wide range of legal documents, including legal notices, plaints, written statements, petitions, deeds, agreements, and undertakings, as well as providing well-reasoned legal opinions on property matters. He is also experienced in creating charges in RJSC. His areas of specialization include Company and Commercial Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, the Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Labour Laws, Customs & VAT, and Taxation.
