A.R.M. Kamruzzaman Kakon is an accomplished Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, holding an LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M degree from Rajshahi University. With a career spanning over a decade, he was enrolled as an Advocate in the Bangladesh Bar Council in December 2010 and received permission to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in April 2015. His rich professional journey includes tenure as an associate at the esteemed law firm “Zakaria & Associates” and serving as Associate Manager in the Legal Department of Eastern Bank Ltd., from which he resigned in July 2015. Thereafter, he thrived his career under the tutelage of Mr. Justice (Former) A.B.M. Altaf Hossain, Barrister at Law, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh for a tenure of 06 years. Kamruzzaman’s dedication to continuous growth is evident from his participation in a lot of cases before the Hon’ble court and various training programs, including those on banking, legal compliance, and anti-money laundering. His diverse legal practice encompasses an extensive array of fields, from lower court to Supreme Court of Bangladesh including foreign investment, Intellectual Property Law, VAT, Tax, Customs etc. reflecting his commitment to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients across & beyond the country.
