Qualification: He has completed his LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M in International Law from Rajshahi University, Rajshahi. He has been enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council in the year of 2013 and received permission to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in April 2022.
Specialization: His main duty is drafting various kind of Legal Notice, plaint, written statement, petitions, giving legal opinion on the property documents, drafting different kinds of Deeds, Agreements, various kinds of undertaking, creating charge in RJSC. Moreover, he is specialist in Company and Commercial Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instrument Act, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labour Laws, Customs & VAT, Taxation.
