Mr. Pankaj Kumar has completed M.COM (Finance) from the University of Chittagong and vast experience of 25 years in the Capital Market Sector and he has also worked in Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd, The City Bank Ltd., City Brokerage Ltd. (CBL) and Sigma Capital Management Ltd. During the tenure in CBL, the company has become leading brokerage firm with 100 present compliance records in the industry. He has adequate knowledge on foreign investor’s transaction and settlement in Bangladesh capital market. Subsequently during the service in EBL Investment Ltd. (EBLIL), he has acted as Managing Director (current charge) of EBLIL and has introduced Operational policy. Investment policy, Monthly Investments Scheme and gave Primary market segment in a remarkable shape which enable EBLIL to act as Issue manager of different IPOs, Right offer, Subordinated Bond, Trustee, advisory activities and enterprise valuation as per Bangladesh Bank guideline. He also worked in EBL Asset Management Ltd. (deputation) and the “EBL AML 1 Mutual Fund” formation and approval has taken under his management and he is advisor of Monarch Group, Al-Amin Chemical Industrial Ltd., Khaza Mosaic Tiles & Stone Industries Ltd., Emerging Global Asset Management Ltd. and Maq Paper Industries Ltd. He has had opportunity to acquire sufficient practical knowledge such as FDI, Corporate, governance, financial and fundamental analysis, derivatives, ETF, IPO and debt issue rules & other Securities laws and practise etc. and also have conducted several training sessions on Securities laws, Corporate laws, Capital Market manipulation, AML and CTF laws etc.

His strong knowledge mix on the Bangladesh Capital market and Securities Rules & Regulations enable capital market wing of Kamruzzaman Kakon & Associates to give best services to our valuable clients in different fields of capital market and related avenues.
